gmailctl: personal Gmail filter management

This is Roman Frołow's private, local setup for managing Gmail filters with the open-source gmailctl command-line tool. This website describes that personal setup; it is not the upstream gmailctl project's website or a hosted email service. No sign-up or Gmail login is offered on this website.

The setup combines locally defined rules for bills and job-search messages with preserved existing filter definitions. It uses Google OAuth to access Gmail labels and basic settings/filter data. The requested scopes are gmail.labels and gmail.settings.basic; this OAuth client does not request permission to read message bodies or send mail. The local configuration manages filters, not deletion of labels. Filter reconciliation is reviewed before apply.

Definitions and backups are kept on the owner's machine. Credentials and OAuth tokens are stored outside the repository. Other email-assistant features, including existing-mail labeling through IMAP, are separate from this OAuth client and are not described as services of this website.
